What is concierge lactation care?
Concierge lactation care prioritizes individualized support over high-volume scheduling—so every family receives the time and attention they deserve. We intentionally limit the number of families we serve so we can offer personalized, unhurried care. Whether you’re preparing for baby’s arrival or navigating the early weeks postpartum, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance, extended visits (typically 60–90 minutes), and continued support between appointments.
You’ll work directly with an experienced nurse and lactation counselor with over 20 years of experience providing education and support to families. Every visit is grounded in clinical expertise and compassion, blending evidence-based support with a whole-family lens that honors your unique feeding goals.
We charge flat rate fees, which are listed below. Fees are due at the time of service, and we accept all forms of payment, including HSA and FSA cards.
Do you accept insurance?
Luxe Lactation operates as an out-of-network/private pay provider. We gladly provide a superbill so you can submit for reimbursement with your insurance, though coverage is not guaranteed. Most health share plans do cover lactation care, and we accept HSA/FSA cards for payment.
Why not in-network?
In-network reimbursement rates are often too low to support the kind of time and attention families deserve. As a result, many practices must see a high volume of patients each day just to stay afloat. At Luxe Lactation, we’ve chosen a different path—one that allows for flexibility, deeper connection, and individualized care. By staying out-of-network, we’re able to spend more time with each family, tailor our support to your unique needs, and be fully present as you navigate feeding your baby.
What about other services or referrals?
We’ve built a trusted referral network of skilled professionals—including bodyworkers, tongue tie specialists, pediatricians, acupuncturists, and pediatric dentists. If you or your baby need additional support, we’ll guide you in the right direction.
Do you offer single visits?
In very few situations, you and your baby will benefit from a one-off in-home visit. These spots are extremely limited and require approval beforehand to evaluate the scope of the issue and ensure availability.

Insurance coverage for lactation services varies widely. It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage and understand their plan’s out-of-network reimbursement process. Contacting member services can provide clarity on specific steps required for reimbursement, as each insurer handles claims differently.
Please note that Luxe Lactation LLC does not submit claims on your behalf. Insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the client.
